Do the best work of your life
We want to hire people. Four of them, actually. You will build the public reputations of some of the most trusted founders in the world, with a small team, real ownership and none of the agency nonsense. Bring taste, drive and a bit of nerve.
Four people. Fourteen people's output.
We are small on purpose. That only works if everyone here is excellent, honest about what they do not know, and happy to let a machine do the boring half.
Remote-first, properly
No office theatre. We care about the work landing, not where you sat while you made it. UK hours so the team actually overlaps.
AI-native by default
Every role here works alongside AI daily. Not as a gimmick, as the reason four people can deliver like fourteen.
Small team, big names
You will not be the ninth person on a pod. Your work goes straight to founders whose names you already know.
Work hard, be nice
High standards, zero politics. We are direct with each other, generous with credit, and allergic to anyone who punches down.

01Operations DirectorYou run the machine, so the work stays brilliant while the business gets bigger.
Remote-first · UK hours · Full-time
You run the machine, so the work stays brilliant while the business gets bigger.
What you'll do
- Own client delivery end to end: what is promised, what ships, when, and to what standard
- Build the systems, SOPs and dashboards that turn a fast agency into a calm one
- Lead the team day to day, from resourcing and onboarding to the awkward conversations
- Hold the numbers: capacity, margin, retention, and the reporting that keeps them honest
- Be Sabrina's right hand on the business side, so she can stay on stage and in front of clients
You're probably
- You have run delivery in an agency, studio or fast-growing service business before
- You find genuine satisfaction in turning chaos into a repeatable process
- You are calm under pressure and comfortable holding people to a standard
- You would rather fix the system than firefight the same thing twice
One email. Tell us who you are, not just what you have done. We read every one.
02AI Systems & Strategy ExpertYou build the AI stack this agency runs on, then turn it into something clients can buy.
Remote-first · UK hours · Full-time
You build the AI stack this agency runs on, then turn it into something clients can buy.
What you'll do
- Design and run our internal AI stack: Claude, agents, prompt libraries and automation
- Turn what Sabrina teaches on stage into repeatable client systems that actually ship
- Own our AEO and AI-visibility tooling, so founders show up when the models get asked
- Prototype fast, measure honestly, and kill what does not earn its place
- Train the team, so every person here gets sharper at working alongside AI
You're probably
- You have built real things with LLMs, not just read about them
- You are as comfortable with strategy as you are with a half-broken automation at 11pm
- You can explain a system to a founder without a single piece of jargon
- You are opinionated about where AI helps and blunt about where it does not
One email. Tell us who you are, not just what you have done. We read every one.
03Social Media & LinkedIn CopywriterYou write in a founder's voice so well that their own mother could not tell.
Remote-first · UK hours · Full-time
You write in a founder's voice so well that their own mother could not tell.
What you'll do
- Write LinkedIn content for founders whose names open doors, in their voice, not ours
- Mine interviews, voice notes and messy transcripts for the detail that makes a post undeniable
- Own social copy across platforms: hooks, carousels, captions, comment strategy
- Work with AI as a research and drafting partner while keeping every published line human
- Watch what performs, learn from it fast, and tell us what you would change
You're probably
- You have a body of work you are proud to send without caveats
- You can hear a voice after one conversation and hold it for a hundred posts
- You can spot AI-flavoured writing at fifty paces and refuse to publish it
- You care more about the reader stopping than the client nodding
One email. Tell us who you are, not just what you have done. We read every one.
04Personal Assistant to Sabrina StockerYou are the person who makes everything run, and the reason nothing ever slips.
London / hybrid · UK hours · Full-time
You are the person who makes everything run, and the reason nothing ever slips.
What you'll do
- Own the diary: speaking, press, clients, travel and the thinking time in between
- Run the inbox, triage what matters, and draft the replies that do not need her
- Book and choreograph travel, events and stage appearances down to the last detail
- Gatekeep with grace, so the right people get through and the wrong asks get a warm no
- Keep the personal and professional plates spinning, quietly, before anyone notices they wobbled
You're probably
- You have supported a founder or senior leader and enjoyed the pace
- You are three steps ahead and allergic to a dropped ball
- You are discreet, warm and unflappable when a plan changes at the gate
- You would rather anticipate a problem than be thanked for solving it
